The images below represent design alternatives for the 192nd Avenue Pedestrian Improvement Project.

Alternate design 1

This alternative places the sidewalk on the west side of 192nd Avenue. It replaces some existing sidewalk that is in poor condition and requires the relocation of existing utility poles. Existing fencing may need to be removed. The preliminary survey indicates the need for temporary construction easements as well as potential slope easements. Further survey will be needed.

Alternate design 2

This alternative places the sidewalk on the east side of 192nd Avenue. It requires relocation of existing utility poles and water meters. There are existing curb ramps that will need to be inspected for compliance with existing ADA standards. Several trees will most likely need to be removed. The preliminary survey indicates the need for temporary construction easements and sidewalk easement acquisition. Further survey will be needed.
